After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies in Business Administration, Eren Kesimer (b.1987, Ankara) started his career as Chef de Partie at Ulus 29. Later, he was assigned as Executive Chef to Çapamarka which led him to widen his experiences for being responsible for four different branches of the brand Limonata in 2013. He continued his career as Chef de Cuisine in Rudolf Karaköy which has listed one of the innovative restaurants of its period. Chef Kesimer has been promoted to the level of Corporate Executive Chef at Veranda Group; he was the Executive Chef for Veranda Pera, Veranda Alaçatı, Ahali Teşvikiye, Ahali Alaçatı, Avlu Ocakbaşı, Panayir Alaçatı and Kinda Burger which are also affiliated in Veranda Group.
After working in different businesses for years, he wanted to take a new step in his career. So he decided to establish a consultancy company where he blended all his knowledge about the food and beverage industry. By combining the problem-solving skills he has developed over the years with his innovative and creative team, Eren Chef established the Kesimer Consultancy Services company in 2022 and started to provide tailored consultancy services for their clients.
He is currently providing consultancy services to ensure sustainable success for the brands all around Turkey but mainly in Istanbul, Alaçatı and Bodrum. Eren Kesimer provides consultancy in the field of kitchen and service in terms of team building, brand and concept creation, menu development and planning, purchasing, executing and supervising all operational processes.
